Studding!

We are looking for a pretty female cat to bear kittens for our beloved boy, Edward. Interested parties please send in your resume (photos and breed, and age) to us.

We also need parties to adopt any extra kittens that the litter might have. We want just one male kitten from the litter. Interested please leave your contact as well.

Some say I'm too pretty to be a boy. Like I really care. The word is "handsome". These people just never seen a handsome cat before, that's why.

True to cats' nature, I always sleep in the day. At night, I take to hiding under Clement's bed, and jumping out at him when he tries to find me. He gives such a satisfactory reaction each and every time! Unfortunately it is quite impossible to take either photos or videos of me scaring Clement since its at night, and Clement has such lousy cameras. No one to bear witness to my success. Hmmm... Wonder who I got my scaring-genes from...?

Edward is teething these days. Interesting thing is, cats actually grow their new adult teeth before the baby ones fall off. So you can actually see the two teeth side by side. And we managed to collect 3 of his fallen baby teeth!


... and no, he doesn't usually sleep like that. heh. so unglam.

Sophie went a-grooming

post-groomed sophie. She's looking a wee bit like a tom-boy now. =p .. Clement thinks she looks less scraggy though. heh.

Sophie's first dog show

ok FINE. It's not her first dog show per se, since she didn't exactly participate in it... She did, however, have a good time walking around and sniffing the ass-cracks of other fellow canines. (minus the occasion growl at occasional doggies she didn't quite fancy) We also tried to get her accustomed to some nail grinder thing. Didn't work. Sophie being Sophie just backed away, and backed away, and jumped, and jumped... and was basically unwilling to have her nails go anyway near anything nail-thing.

On a completely opposite note, I'm convinced that the dogs that were entered into the obedience category are robots in little fur coats.

... i lie at different parts of the room. When it's hot, it's a lot nicer to lie on my belly... The floor feels super cool against my bare belly. =)

... when it's cool though.. i like to lie on the bed. =p

Took this this morning, during his daily disturb-clement-before-he-wakes ritual. I was just caressing him, not scruffing him.


Had his second vaccination today. Like the first time, he came home feeling lethargic and slightly feverish. The vet says 2 jabs are all cats need, so the third jab will be one year later. The vet kept mistaking him for a girl, and kept apologising each time for her slip. She said Edward simply has too pretty a face, hence the slip. I'm sure Edward doesn't know whether to take it as a compliment or not.

We went to the pet shop near the vet, and bought lots of cats stuff for him, cause they are so cheap. The shop owner said she found two siamese strays (male) as well, just around 3 months old. Supposedly they look exactly like Edward. Anyone interested in adopting them can drop me a message.

We haven't heard from the boy for quite some time. That's because Daddy is busy, both with work and with Mummy. Here's some long awaited updates.



He has the most awkward sleeping postures.


But he gives you the most endearing look.




Mummy and Daddy bought him a new cat tree. He was still quite indifferent towards it at first, as in this video. Now jumping up and down from it, scratching at its trunk, all form part of his daily waking up ritual.

Sophie and her bib. =p .. She's ultra drooley in the car, so Clement came up with the brilliant idea of attaching a bib on sophie instead of chasing her drool around as it flies out of her mouth.

Cats v. Dogs

What is a Cat?

1. Cats do what they want.

Conclusion: They're tiny women in little fur coats.

What is a Dog?

1.Dogs spend all day sprawled on the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house.

2. They can hear a package of food opening half a block away, but don't hear you when you're in the same room.

3. They can look dumb and lovable all at the same time.

4. They growl when they are not happy.

5. When you want to play, they want to be left alone.

6. When you want to be alone, they want to play.

7. They leave their toys everywhere.

8. They do disgusting things with their mouths and then try to give you a kiss.

9. They go right for your crotch as soon as they meet you.

Conclusion: They’re tiny Men In little Fur Coats.

The silly girl was scared of her new bed at first. hehehe.. But guess what i found this morning? The girl was curled up on her new bed, looking as if she knew from the start that the bed's for her. =) .. i guess that silly girl's got some doggie instincts afterall.
